The Role
This is a strategic role where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and diversification of the company.
Key Responsibilities

Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance the company's services and offerings.
Leading the assessment of new technologies, and conducting technology reviews to provide business assurance.
Developing technical and engineering capability through the establishment of best practice management systems, processes, and procedures.
Providing expertise in asset integrity, including developing approaches to assess asset life and lifecycle management strategies.
Efficiently allocating resources within the engineering team to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with broader organizational goals.
Ensuring consistent implementation and maintenance of technical standards across all business functions.
Cultivating external relationships with industry bodies, academia, and technical standards organizations to enhance and promote Renewables activity.

Experience in managing high-performing teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
Extensive experience in renewable power projects across all lifecycle phases.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical findings into commercial implications.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
At least 15 years of design or engineering experience in renewable energy is preferred.
Sound understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to renewable projects.
