Responsibilities:

Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection. Supervise end-to-end development of Android, iOS, desktop, and browser applications. Manage CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components. Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs. Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations. Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance. Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control. Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research.

Must-Have:

B2C mobile applications; SaaS platforms;

Preferred:

VPN technologies and protocols - strong understanding preferred. Desktop applications - experience developing cross-platform apps is a plus.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). Expertise in system architecture and scaling high-load applications. Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members. Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
