build and scale a high-performing e-commerce channel
, ensuring efficient operations, strong online presence and consistent lead generation through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of e-commerce operations: content, website functionality, user experience and online customer consulting
Development and execution of an e-commerce strategy focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
In-depth understanding of the UAE furniture & interior market, competitors, trends and customer behavior
Managing website content, product assortment, descriptions, visuals and commercial offers
Coordination with development teams and external partners
Planning and overseeing digital marketing activities (performance marketing, SEO, paid traffic, CRM funnel)
Close collaboration with showroom and sales teams
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce
Strong understanding of the furniture and interior UAE market
Proven experience managing an online channel as a business unit
Solid expertise in lead generation and performance-driven growth
Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Understanding of customer journey in upper-mid / premium segments
Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage
