Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's or preferably a Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., PGCE, or equivalent) and qualifications in school leadership or educational management.
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Deputy Head, or Assistant Head).
Experience working in an international or bilingual school environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience in leading and managing academic teams, driving school-wide academic improvement, and achieving positive student outcomes.
Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and student progress monitoring.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian, with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents at all levels.
Proficiency in using educational technology and data analysis tools to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
A strong understanding of both Italian and international educational standards and frameworks.
