Experience & Mandatory Requirements
Minimum
8 years of total experience
in
digital and social media

5 years of proven experience
managing
Digital & Social Media teams

Mandatory agency experience
(structured, multi-client environment).
Strong background working on
luxury, premium, lifestyle, or hospitality accounts
.
Demonstrated ability to
build, structure, and lead a digital department
while managing complex, multi-brand projects.
Profiles limited to execution only or lacking significant management experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital & Social Media Strategy
Define and lead
global digital and social media strategies
across all client accounts.
Develop advanced strategic recommendations (positioning, platforms, formats, tone, frequency).
Design and oversee
annual, quarterly, and monthly strategies
.
Ensure strong alignment between
business objectives, marketing goals, and brand image
.
Maintain continuous monitoring of
digital trends, platforms, and emerging behaviors
.
2. Account Leadership & Performance
Oversee all digital and social media accounts.
Define, track, and analyze
key performance indicators (KPIs)
.
Optimize performance across
reach, engagement, community growth, and conversions
.
Lead paid social campaigns in coordination with internal teams or external partners.
Deliver
clear, insightful, and performance-driven reporting
for clients and senior management.
3. Team Management & Department Structuring
Manage the
Digital & Social Media team
(Social Media Managers, Content Managers, Community Managers).
Structure the department: roles, responsibilities, processes, and methodologies.
Organize and prioritize projects and production schedules.
Assess individual and team performance.
Actively support skills development through
mentoring, training, and continuous feedback
.
Work in close collaboration with
PR, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Studio teams
.
4. Content Creation & Creative Alignment
Supervise the creation of digital content (photo, video, reels, stories, editorial formats).
Ensure alignment between
digital strategy, creative direction, and brand storytelling
.
Validate editorial calendars, creative concepts, and narratives.
Ensure strict adherence to
luxury, lifestyle, and high-end hospitality brand codes
.
Drive continuous innovation in digital formats and executions.
