The Head of Digital Assets Business Unit is responsible for driving the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow the bank\'s digital assets business. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.

This role requires strong experience in the digital assets market, an understanding of regulatory requirements related to digital assets, and the ability to lead and develop a team of digital assets professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the digital assets business unit, including market analysis, product development, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, risk, and technology, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and service providers to drive innovation and growth.
• Lead and develop a team of digital assets professionals, including traders, analysts, and developers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report regularly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in the digital assets market, including web3, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies.
• Experience building and managing a digital assets business within a bank or financial services organization.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to digital assets, including AML/KYC, securities, and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve strategic goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance, business, or related fields preferred.
