e are looking for a dynamic
Head of Design
to lead our interior design team and manage design development for high-end fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee design concepts from initiation to final delivery.Key Responsibilities
Lead the design team and manage all design-related activities across projects. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and presentations for interior fit-out projects. Review and approve design proposals, material selections, and detailed drawings. Coordinate closely with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained. Manage timelines, workloads, and quality standards for the design department. Conduct site visits to align design with actual conditions and ensure proper implementation. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Requirements
4-5 years of UAE experience
in interior design, preferably in fit-out firms. Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign; 3D visualization is an advantage. Strong understanding of materials, detail drawings, and joinery concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be available tojoin immediately
