Job Description
Candidate's Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or a relevant subject
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school within UAE, with prior leadership or departmental management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment strategies
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to mentor and support teaching staff
Passionate about student development and academic excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Science department, ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with standards
Develop and implement departmental goals and strategies
Support and mentor science teachers, providing professional development opportunities
Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student progress
Coordinate with other departments to integrate interdisciplinary projects
Manage departmental resources and equipment
Prepare departmental reports and participate in school leadership meetings
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational policies
