The Head of Department leads all production activities and ensures that work goals are achieved on time and within budget. He/She comes up with business plans to solve problems. Head of department will be responsible for moderating all content post-production, ensuring that it adheres to all the community guidelines of the concerned platform. He/She also promotes the goals of the organization. He/She is responsible for organisational excellence. He/She develops business solutions by designing and suggesting plans and creative strategies to boost the organization's competitive position and increase profits.
