We are hiring a
Head of Dealing Desk
to manage forex and CFD trade execution, pricing, and risk exposure. This role focuses on dealing desk operations, liquidity management, and execution quality.Responsibilities:
Manage daily
forex and CFD dealing desk operations
Monitortrade execution, spreads, slippage, and pricing
ManageA-Book, B-Book, Hybrid execution models
Controlclient exposure, P&L, and risk management
Implementhedging strategies
Identifytoxic flow and abusive trading
Manageliquidity providers and execution performance
Ensureregulatory compliance
and best execution Supervise dealing desk staffRequirements
3+ years experience
in forex/CFD dealing or trading Strong knowledge ofFX markets and execution models
Experience withMT4, MT5, cTrader, CQG
Knowledge ofrisk management and exposure control
Strong decision-making and analytical skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
