About the Role
The Head of Data & AI will lead the enterprise-wide data and AI transformation, shaping the groups vision for intelligent, data-driven decision-making and connected digital experiences. The role will build scalable data foundations, integrate AI across retail, e-commerce, payments, logistics, and customer engagement, and drive the AI engine for the groups next-generation Super App.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy.
Build scalable data platforms and governance frameworks.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLMs, SLMs, and agentic AI solutions.
Drive AI/ML Ops practices and intelligent automation initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.
Represent the organization within the regional and global AI ecosystem.
Success Metrics
Unified and efficient enterprise data ecosystem.
Scalable AI platforms delivering measurable business impact.
Strong governance ensuring data transparency, trust, and compliance.
AI-powered Super App enabling personalization and predictive engagement.
Recognition as a regional leader in AI-driven transformation.
Candidate Profile
1015 years of experience in data, AI, and analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven record in deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms.
Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, ML Ops, and agentic AI.
Strong technical foundation and strategic stakeholder management skills.
Recognized thought leader or influencer in the AI domain.
