Filling this position means you'll be responsible for dynamic and fast-growing customer support teams. Your duties will consist of guiding and helping new and experienced customer support agents to advance in their problem-solving abilities as well as run competitive weekly/monthly targets.
To effectively fulfill this position, our candidates need to have:
Leadership and team management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in ENGLISH (a must)
1+ year of technical customer support experience (preferred)
Having a healthy dose of entrepreneurship, curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality
A proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a solution-selling approach
Digital Marketing or Advertising knowledge is a plus
