My client are a leading conglomerate in the Middle East and they are looking for a Head of Client Hospitality to join the team.
Job Role

Define, lead, and oversee implementation of the corporate hospitality strategy, ensuring a premium, 7-star service experience across all locations.
Supervise the delivery of front desk operations, concierge support, and Facility Management soft services including housekeeping, pantry services, and cleaning staff.
Ensure a seamless and premium environment across reception areas, lounges, meeting spaces, and high-traffic common areas.
Oversee the transformation of front-of-house operations into the Corporate Concierge Services Unit, including input into design of VIP protocols and executive guest handling.
Oversee and provide direction to the Corporate Concierge Services Unit to deliver high-quality support in travel, lifestyle services, admin assistance, and employee perks; identify opportunities for improvement, assist in solving complex issues.
Develop and implement annual wellness, employee engagement, and corporate event calendars to enhance workplace culture.
Lead, expand and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, restaurants, retail, and wellness providers to offer exclusive employee discounts and privileges.
