Overview

#

Lead the design, implementation, standardization, and evolution of best practices, methodologies, and tools for operational excellence across all the organization's geographies. Act as a strategic and technical leader for continuous improvement, productivity, cultural and digital transformation, and the sustainability of operational results.

What will you do in your role?

Monitor CoE key performance indicators (KPIs). Measure progress, maturity and sustainability of initiatives. Implementation and sustainability of LEAN tools in Vitapro plants: 5S - SMED - LEAN - SUMA+ - TPM. Motivate and develop team talent, foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Lead and facilitate strategic improvement projects. Advise operational leaders and facilitate change management. Introduce digital tools to improve efficiency and visibility. Evaluate the impact of projects and ensure continuous improvement. #

Job Requirements

Training: Industrial Engineering, Production, Administration or similar. Additional training: Lean Six Sigma certifications (minimum Green Belt, ideal Black Belt a plus), TPM, Kaizen, Change Management. English: Intermediate. Software Management: Intermediate Office - Intermediate Minitab - SAP.

Requirements/Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or in operations leading change management, transformation, and automation projects. Preferably in plant supervisory roles and/or other similar positions. Knowledge of plant management, handling of continuous improvement tools.
