Head of Content - Events/Exhibitions
Location: Dubai
We're looking for a commercially minded content leader with a strong track record in building high-level conference programmes that attract ministers, CEOs and global decision-makers. This role blends strategy and execution - from agenda design to on-site delivery.
Job specifications:
- Build commercially focused conference programmes for large-scale B2B events
- Research topics that drive attendance, sponsorship and government engagement
- Write sharp, persuasive copy with minimal editing
- Manage senior stakeholders, ministries and industry partners
- Lead content delivery on-site, running stages and speaker coordination
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure content drives revenue
- 7-10+ years in conference production or content leadership
- Experience in energy, policy, government or trade-related sectors
- Proven ability to secure and manage ministerial and C-suite speakers
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Calm, confident presence during high-pressure, live event days
- Experience across conferences and exhibition content is ideal
