Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to lead and manage Heilbronn's construction operations across the UAE, with a primary focus on Dubai-based projects. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments, particularly high-rise tower projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee all construction projects from planning through execution to handover
-Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
-Ensure full compliance with UAE construction laws, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
-Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, engineers, and relevant authorities
-Monitor site progress, identify and resolve construction issues, and mitigate project risks
Requirements
-Minimum 15 years of construction experience in the UAE, including senior leadership roles
-Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, approvals, and authority requirements
-Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or commercial developments, with a strong preference for high-rise tower construction projects
Packages Include:
-Salary Range: AED 30000 to 45000 per month
-All other benefits as per law
