Key Responsibilities

- Acting as a point of contact for any regulators or competent authorities on behalf of the Group
- Reporting to the CEO and Board, the successful incumbent will be representing the Compliance function at Committee meetings
- Ensuring the Department complies with the relevant rules, regulations and policies issued by the regulatory authorities and the group
- Reviewing and formulating policies and procedures for Compliance Department to improve controls and enhance the work processes in the department.
- 15 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in financial services, asset management, private equity and investment banking / management
- Preference for ACAMS/CRCM qualification
- Robust understanding of regulatory laws in the GCC
- Arabic speaking applicants are a distinct advantage
