Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: o Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. o Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department. o Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit. o Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit. o Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection. o Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. o Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections. o Training and mentoring of staff members in the collections department. o Setting investigative policies and procedures for non-reachable customers o Select, enhance, and proposed new features to the collection systems o Experiment new collection techniques and flows back by analysis Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field 3 - 5 years' experience in related field as a collection manager Experience of working in a working with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) CRM and collection system experience Knowledge of a variety of reporting procedures, regulations, and law Planning and Time Management Effective Communication and Human Relations skills Strong Analytical Skills and decision-making skills Knowledge of relevant applications, big data solutions, and tools.
