Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the ICT department\'s cloud adoption and strategic cloud roadmap. Enable the communities of practice throughout the business and foster a culture of continuous cloud improvement, modernization, innovation, and digitalization.

Responsibilities
Define cloud strategic directions to be adopted by the organization to progress towards its vision and fulfil its goals.
Review strategy based on performance and opportunity identification to update its overall cloud strategy accordingly.
Manage, execute, and report on cloud migration strategy and adoption frameworks.
Ensures fit-for-purpose cloud service models and services providers are selected application and data workloads.
Provide cloud solution and architecture technical consulting expertise.
Oversee cloud system planning, management, design, and monitoring.
Manage operations linked to the building of cloud environment.
Design, develop, and implement the Cloud Landing Zone.
Design and develop the target reference architecture model and Cloud Service Providers.
Manage the pipeline to identify key initiatives to be launched based on their impact and importance to fulfil objectives.
Orchestrate cloud project management and oversee the cloud migration processes across all phases of the transformation journey.
Oversee and manage new cloud implementation projects to ensure the success of cloud objectives.
Supervise cloud capacity analysis and services capacities to ensure the adaptation of its business needs to its cloud partner offerings.
Supervise cloud major incidents by identifying and tracking major risks and incidents to avoid business disruptions and preserve the quality of operations.
Supervise the alignment of cloud security and compliance policies with best-practice standards and regulations.

Qualification/Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT environment, with least 5 years of demonstrated cloud technology management and adoption specifically in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and/or Data Center as a Service (DCaaS) and/or SAP HANA migration and transformation.
In depth knowledge and extensive experience of cloud management, planning and execution.
Cloud related professional certifications i.e., Microsoft Azure, Google, AWS & Cloud Security etc.
Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives.
Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to customers, contractors, and staff.
