Job Description

1- Daily follow-up of e-mail, which includes the requests of the various departments as well as the requests of customers 2- Issuing correspondence and sending management decisions to clients 3- Responding to customers, visitors and inquiries of marketing companies to rent places in the mall throughout the day, throughout the week 4- Update customer data 5- Follow up on clients, discuss their suggestions, and survey the services provided to them by all departments 6- Attending the weekly meetings of the financial management and collections, as well as the operational meetings 7- Issuing or preventing the necessary daily permits for commercial and administrative units 8- Meeting with clients to discuss their requests and solve any problem related to commercial and administrative units and between the management of the commercial center 9- Solve problems between landlords and tenants, end disputes between them, and end the matter with the least possible losses for both parties 10- Implementation of lease contracts and renewal of commercial units in accordance with the commercial center policy 11- Daily follow-up to the operation of commercial and administrative units in accordance with the policy of the commercial center 12- Applying fines to units in case of violation of the policies set by the management of the mall 13- Interview and solve problems for visitors and pioneers of the mall 14- Follow up of the legal and financial department in the renewal, dissolution, termination, sale and assignment of units 15- Follow up on customers and solve their requirements from all garage management, systems and information 16- Signing contracts by the clients and handing them over to them after the signature of the Chairman of the Board of Directors is completed 17- Solve the financial problems related to collections in the event that customers continue to be late in payment 18- Solve and follow-up customer problems related to service consumption in case of disagreement with the engineering department 19- Follow up on clients’ demands from the Internal Supervision Department in accordance with the administration’s instructions 20 – Solve urgent problems from the work of the units through all departments 21- Follow up of the operation departments throughout the day to meet the administration’s requests from customers and vice versa 22- Participation in the rental of commercial and administrative units 23- Follow-up to Downtown Advertising Company to help customers promote their products as well as cover unoccupied units 24- Coordination and follow-up of all departments to end unit procedures in case of termination of activity 25- Execution of senior management requests
– Periodically, what has happened with customers is discussed and any developments are discussed
1- Implementing fines or stopping services for units established by the administration in case of violating the operating policies, each case separately 2- Issuing letters and correspondences necessary for clients 3- Assignment and follow-up of departments to customer requests 4- Stop any annoying and unnecessary work, whether carried out by one of the departments of the commercial center or the customer 5- Granting clients exceptions, whether financially or technically, and operating in accordance with what has been agreed upon by the management of the center.
