About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial

Pharmacy Leader

to take full ownership of our

Pharmacy & Lab vertical

- overseeing

P&L, operations, market expansion, category strategy

, and team leadership. This role requires strong domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and executional excellence to integrate

retail and digital pharmacy

models, and scale across the UAE.


You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of over

40 pharmacy outlets

, driving retail performance, category growth, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Full

P&L ownership

of the pharmacy & lab vertical under the TruDoc umbrella Lead, manage and scale

retail pharmacy operations

across 40+ outlets including the recently acquired

Novo Pharmacy

Build and execute go-to-market, pricing, and assortment strategies for pharmacy and lab services Partner with Product and Tech teams to digitize retail offerings and customer journeys Drive pharmacy excellence through

process design, compliance

, and

team performance management

Optimize

supply chain

, inventory, and procurement in collaboration with vendors and partners Lead

category management, promotions

, and partnerships to drive revenue and customer acquisition Build and lead a high-performing team across operations, merchandising, and commercial strategy Deliver insights, dashboards, and strategic plans to the leadership team

Requirements

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in

retail, e-commerce, pharmacy, or healthcare leadership

roles

Pharmacy industry experience

is strongly preferred; exposure to lab services or digital health is a plus Proven track record of

category ownership, business building, and vertical scaling

Strong cross-functional leadership across strategy, finance, operations, and GTM Excellent analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills Comfortable with a

fast-paced, high-growth

, startup-like environment Based in Dubai or willing to relocate;

VISA assistance provided

Preferred Industry Background:

Digital Health / Pharmacy Retail E-Commerce / Q-Commerce FMCG/Retail category leadership with health or wellness exposure
