DEIZ GARAGE delivers full-scope premium car tuning and builds some of the fastest cars in the region. We're launching an in-house carbon composites division focused on aerodynamic body kits.

Role mission

Build the end-to-end production cycle and hire/train the team to deliver consistent, premium open-carbon quality with reliable lead times and predictable cost.

Key responsibilities

Set up and standardize the full workflow: materials ? tooling ? production (prepreg/infusion) ? demolding ? trimming & fitment ? QC ? prep for clear coat ? acceptance QC of the finishing partner ? packing. Hire, train, and lead the production team: SOPs, process checklists, control points, shop-floor discipline and quality culture. Achieve repeatability for open carbon: surface finish, weave alignment, edges, geometry/fitment; reduce scrap and rework. Manage in-house tooling: mold surface quality, durability, dimensional stability, maintenance. Track and improve KPIs: quality, output, lead time, waste, and unit economics.
Requirements

Proven experience leading carbon/composites production with full understanding of the entire manufacturing cycle. Hands-on experience with prepreg and/or infusion, vacuum processes, and oven curing. Strong expertise in open carbon and defect prevention/root-cause analysis (pinholes/porosity, print-through, bridging/wrinkles, dry spots, delamination, edge defects) with the ability to stabilize premium surface quality. Experience building and training teams, implementing SOPs and QC systems.
Compensation

Fixed salary: AED 15,000 / month

Performance bonus: AED 10,000-15,000+ / month ON TOP of the fixed salary (depending on candidate level and KPI results)
