JOB PURPOSE

• Ensure accurate planning and supply forecast for the short, mid and long terms for Greater Gulf MCO markets and countries, in alignment with the financial forecast and supply plan
• Secure the MCO allocation and ensure a rolling forecast as accurate as possible, while maintaining high level of agility.
• Support the sales team and activities, in terms of tender management and commercial policy, performance reporting and distributors\' management.
• Providing timely market information to regional Operations & Supply Chain teams to support the decision-making.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Planning & Forecasting

• Consolidate the MCO Sales forecast and Demand assumptions for all markets
• Ensure the update of the Rolling Forecast in the relevant tools.
• Consolidate MCO allocations and ensure appropriate prioritization.
• Assess and monitor the Demand risks and opportunities versus financial forecasts and alert the management accordingly.
• Participate actively in the financial forecast (Budget, T1, T2) and long-term strategic planning.
• Sales Execution
• Participate actively in the monthly sales forecast and its execution, in coordination with the countries, Finance and the International Customer Service (ICS)
• Implement the performance dashboard, including tenders\' execution, SISO reports, allocations..., in coordination with Finance.
• Act as the focal point between countries

Sales Execution

• Participate actively in the monthly sales forecast and its execution, in coordination with the countries, Finance and the International Customer Service (ICS)
• Implement the performance dashboard, including tenders\' execution, SISO reports, allocations..., in coordination with Finance.
• Act as the focal point between countries, MCO, International region and ICS for the commercial operations related topics (Supply, ICS and Pricing)

Public Tenders & Commercial Policy

• Build and update periodically the MCO tender dashboard.
• Track the execution of the awarded tenders.
• Review the tenders\' terms & conditions and participate actively in the preparation of the business case/offer and the quotation process.
• Participate actively in the preparation of the countries\' commercial policy for the private markets

Network of partners

• Review and optimize the MCO distribution models
• Evaluate periodically the MCO agents/distributors performance
• Work transversally with other Sanofi GBUs to identify operational synergies and to share best practices

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

• Assess and propose appropriate organization and resource allocation to other Gulf countries, in line with the business objectives and priorities
• Strengthen and enhance team\'s competencies to ensure career development and a management style and a corporate culture that meets high standards
