The Head of Business Development & Sponsorship is responsible for supporting the business development strategy with on-boarding of new sponsors and manage the relation with existing Strategic Accounts. She / He leads the activation of Yas Island and Saadiyat Island Sponsors and Partners\' rights. She/He will lead also the creation, coordination and execution of marketing, sales, hospitality and guest experience joint initiatives for the destinations and experiences Sponsors\'s and Partners\'. She / He ensures that initiatives and activations of sponsorship and partnership rights are aligned with destinations strategy, contractual agreements, sponsors & partners respective strategy, objectives and expectations. The Head of Business Development & Sponsorship plays a crucial role to ensure satisfaction, development of the relation and retention of our strategic sponsors and partners. She / He will facilitate cooperation with our destinations, supporting also other internal department needs and delivering added value in our guest experience.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Generate Leads and activate Sponsorship and Partnership agreements of the Destination and its Experiences
Steer Sponsorship and Partnership activations aligned with Destination Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Guest Experience objectives
Coordinate, monitor and deliver all Sponsors\' and Partner\'s benefits part of our contractual agreements
360 Key Account Management with leading brands
Drive and execute joint marketing, sales and guest experience initiatives for the destinations and experiences
Ensure that contractual obligations, marketing rights and benefits are delivered and fulfilled at all times.
Through analysis and benchmarking, support the strategy, negotiation and implementation of state-of-the-art Sponsorship and Partnership deal
Support sponsorship prioritization through budget and ROI calculation, as well as measurable KPI definition
Cooperate with marketing, sales, entertainment, F&B, procurement, operations, guest experience teams to ensure implementation, relevance, consistency, measurability, and optimization of the various sponsorship initiatives
Alert on risks and opportunities and suggest initiatives, activities to drive incremental awareness, revenue in the parks and deliver added value in the guest experience.
Provide reporting on sponsorship activities, analysis and its outcomes in a simple and efficient way, adjusted to the audience
Lead collaboration meetings with internal and external destinations\' stakeholders, to represent Miral Destinations, and discuss opportunities for joint sponsorship activities and deals.
Circulate information internally and engage relevant stakeholders and internal departments on the various sponsorship opportunities
Qualifications -
Desirable:
Master\'s degree or equivalent in business, marketing or equivalent
Years of Experience -
Essential:
2-5 years\' experience in the tourism industry (theme park, destination, tourism board, etc.)
Various roles highlighting ability to address diverse business topics (marketing, sales, partnerships, digital, revenue management, etc.)
