REQUIREMENTS
Sales & BD Background
6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
3+ years in the crypto/web3 ecosystem.
Leadership
2+ years leading a team of at least 5 people, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven Impact
Demonstrated success in driving 3x revenue growth or equivalent performance outcomes.
Experience building and scaling BD systems and partner programs from scratch.
Crypto-Specific Advantage
Experience in Market Making or OTC is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
Bonus points for trading or capital markets experience, especially with tokens or liquidity management.
Soft & Hard Skills
