We are looking for an experienced Affiliate/KOL Lead to develop and scale our affiliate ecosystem, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate strategy, leveraging both reputation-based and paid acquisition tools.
Establish and manage relationships with KOLs, partners, and affiliates, ensuring effective and long-term cooperation.
Utilize a deep understanding of crypto exchange marketing to attract high-value partners and traders.
Structure and optimize the affiliate program, including commission models, performance tracking, and retention strategies.
Conduct calls and negotiations with potential partners, clearly presenting company's value proposition.
Effectively sell both the product and personal expertise, fostering credibility in the industry.
Requirements
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, ideally in Web3, trading platforms, or fintech.
Strong network of KOLs, affiliates, and partners, with a track record of successful collaborations.
Deep understanding of crypto affiliate marketing tools, including paid and organic acquisition channels.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor approaches for different partners.
Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
