Key Responsibilities

Operational & Clinical Excellence:

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across all clinic locations. Implement and maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Manage clinic schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to optimize productivity and patient flow.

Sales, Business Development & Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for service expansion and business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, influencers, and vendors to enhance the clinic's visibility and referral network.

Team Leadership & Talent Management:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance management for all clinical and sales staff, including Aesthetic Doctors and Nurses. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes and sales targets.

Compliance & Financial Management:

Ensure full compliance with all Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Department of Health (DOH - Abu Dhabi) regulations. Develop and manage the clinic's operational and sales budgets, implementing effective cost-control measures without compromising quality. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both operations (e.g., patient satisfaction) and sales (e.g., revenue targets, conversion rates).

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the aesthetic medicine or medical clinic sector in the UAE. Proven, in-depth knowledge of

DHA and DOH policies, standards, and licensing procedures

is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in hiring clinical staff and managing clinic P&L, budgets, and finances. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional and pleasing personality. Willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
