Oversee and manage all administrative operations across the organization.
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the admin team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Project teams to streamline support services.
Ensure compliance with company standards and KSA regulations.
Manage office infrastructure, facilities, and logistics efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years
of progressive administrative experience in the
construction or oil & gas sectors.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
Experience working in the KSA or GCC region is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
