BettingJobs are working with an Online Sportsbook and Casino Operator within the iGaming industry, who are looking to add a Head of Acquisition to their team based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals, market positioning, and target audience expectations.
• Define and evolve the brand's identity, tone of voice, and value proposition in the crypto casino space.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand's visual identity
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand creative assets for campaigns, website, social media, and affiliates.
• Conduct market research to understand player behaviour, preferences, and crypto adoption trends.
• Monitor competitor branding strategies in both crypto and traditional iGaming markets.
• Work closely with marketing, product, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys.
• Align branding efforts with SEO, CRM, acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, influencer, affiliate, PR).
• Manage internal and external communication strategies, including press releases and brand partnerships.
• Shape how the brand is perceived in influencer-led channels (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X).
• Support community engagement and branding efforts in Discord, Telegram, and crypto-native forums.
• Use analytics tools to measure brand awareness, perception, and campaign effectiveness.
• Optimise branding strategies based on performance data and user feedback.
• Build and lead a high-performing branding team (designers, strategists, copywriters).
• Mentor team members and promote professional development aligned with company goals.
