Innovative Film Academy seeks an experienced
Academy Head
to lead our Abu Dhabi campus. The role includes managing academic programs, faculty, and operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, driving admissions and outreach, and building industry partnerships.Key Requirements:
10+ years' experience in education or training management (film/media preferred) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC education and creative sector
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
