Description
We are seeking a competent and experienced Head Nurse to lead and manage our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, coordinating with medical teams, and maintaining excellence in patient safety and satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus.
Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
