Ensuring continuity of care within the geriatric department both during the day and at night Organization, coordination and supervision of nursing activities and implementation of nursing services for the geriatric department Management and allocation of staff in the geriatric department according to the needs of the hospital Drawing up the planning and management of the schedules of the available staff Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders in the geriatric department Communicate and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders within the geriatrics department Disseminating information and ensuring good communication between the various stakeholders Organizing team meetings to maintain team cohesion and consultation Ensuring and organizing the continuous training of the team (knowledge and practices, etc.)

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's degree in healthcare or equivalent Professional title in geriatrics At least 3 years of experience in managing a hospital department and/or service You prioritize patient safety You are willing to participate in regular training and work constructively in a technical and innovative working environment Leadership skills
