What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible in ensuring that beverage standards in all areas are of exceptional level whilst adhering to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service Training, coaching, and mentoring - the Head Mixologist should operate with exceptional standards, both on an operational level and from a team development perspective. The Head Mixologist will play an integral role in the quality of our beverage offerings and will share their knowledge with our teams and guests alike. As a Head Mixologist you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team with your can-do spirit and a positive attitude at all times. You have a talent for delighting guests by leading a team of passionate individuals and striving for excellence. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic. As a detail orientated and hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on mentoring high potential team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team. You are passionate about our industry and are aware of all the latest F&B trends and developments around the world. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable. You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and afternoon tea service at a well-renowned hotel.
