- Identify and manage legal risks and develop and deploy effective legal risk management strategies and controls.
- Preferred Certified "Legal Professional" (CLP) is preferred.
- Lead the provision of legal advice to management and staff in all areas.
- Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
