Oversee and manage the flow of guests, ensuring efficient seating and minimizing wait times while maintaining an organized reservation system.
Lead and train the host team, ensuring they understand their roles, provide excellent service, and uphold the restaurant's standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Work closely with the restaurant management, kitchen, and wait staff to ensure smooth service, communicate any special requests, and resolve any guest issues promptly
