The Role

Position Title:

Head Hostess (2 Vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 11K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, service charge and upselling incentives Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A new Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, celebrated for its outstanding service and world-class hospitality. : ? Oversee and manage the flow of guests, ensuring efficient seating and minimizing wait times while maintaining an organized reservation system. ? Lead and train the host team, ensuring they understand their roles, provide excellent service, and uphold the restaurant's standards of professionalism and hospitality. ? Work closely with the restaurant management, kitchen, and wait staff to ensure smooth service, communicate any special requests, and resolve any guest issues promptly.



Requirements

Qualifications:

? 38 years old below with good and clear English communication skills; must know upselling and profiling. ? With atleast 3 years' experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment ? Proven ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently during busy periods, ensuring seamless operations. ? Experience in supervising and training staff, with a focus on motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong teamwork.
