Job Overview
As Head Guest Relations Executive at Jumeirah Al Salam, you will oversee guest experience and satisfaction across our Food & Beverage outlets. From managing dining reservations to handling VIP interactions and resolving feedback, you will ensure every guest moment reflects the warmth and excellence of the Jumeirah brand.
Key Responsibilities

• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, following Madinat Jumeirah complaint resolution protocols
• Monitor and support the hostess desk to guarantee warm, efficient greetings and table management
• Manage dining reservations and ensure VIP or special requests are fulfilled with precision
• Assist colleagues across service areas to achieve seamless guest journeys
• Maintain exceptional grooming and professional conduct at all times

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing role in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with a guest-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud
• Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
