Now, we are bringing that energy to Dubai. Located in Jumeirah 3 inside the Beach Walk Hotel, we are currently in our

Soft Launch phase

and looking to build a strong foundational team before the main launch.

The Role

We are looking for a

Kitchen In Charge

who can

start immediately

. You are not a "clipboard manager" who stands back and points fingers. You are a leader who leads from the front, handles the rush, and sets the pace for the team.

What You Will Do:

Lead the Kitchen:

Manage daily operations during our soft launch. We need someone ready to hit the ground running on day one.

Be Hands-On:

You will be cooking. We need someone with excellent grill skills who understands the art of a perfect smash burger (crust, seasoning, texture).

Master Compliance:

Take full ownership of Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene. We require a spotless kitchen and zero worries regarding inspections.

Stock & Inventory:

Actively manage stock levels, minimize waste, and handle ordering.

Hotel Service:

Oversee the execution of the breakfast and hotel guest menus with the same quality as our burgers.

Who You Are:

Ready Now:

You are currently in Dubai and available to join

Experienced:

You have proven experience running a grill section and managing a kitchen team.

A "Doer":

You are active and energetic. You jump on the line when it gets busy.

Knowledgeable:

You know Dubai's commercial kitchen regulations inside and out.

Reliable Transport:

Our shifts often end late when public buses are no longer running.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
