We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Grill/Charcoal Chef to join us.
Our kitchen specializes exclusively in charcoal grilling, with a menu that includes Peri Peri Chicken, Turkish Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Green Chilli Chicken.
We are not a mixed menu restaurant -- this role is for a true grilling expert who understands flavor, balance, and consistency.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in charcoal grilling, especially with chicken.
Must deliver exceptional taste and consistency.
Strong kitchen leadership and time management.
Male candidates only (due to nature of the role).
Open to any nationality with high-level experience.
Job Details:
Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10 hours/day
Day Off: 1 day per week

Salary & Commission:
Basic Salary: AED 1,500- Commission: AED 0.75 per dish sold
Total Monthly Potential: AED 4,000 to 7,000 (based on performance)
