:
Strategy & Planning

• Plan for the signed financial to be rolled by the desired deadlines and covenants set by the banking institutions.
• Planning for the timing completion of the MIS and the closure of the books of accounts with the proper provisions for all the expenses.
• Annual Budget for each Function on Financials in coordination with business & CEO.

Financial Management

• Over viewing the performance of the business for the accuracy in the financial systems.
• Funds management in absence of MIS & Treasury manager.
• Timing info of the banking situations for taking the apt decisions.

Controls

• Ensuring the proper controls are in place for every money spend.
• Ensuring the payouts are done on the proper documentations and approvals.
• Ensuring the correctness of the accounting entries, with in the frame work of the companies policies

Others

• Manage the accounts and audit team on a day to day basis.
• Ensure smooth movement of documents and information within the department.
• Ensure the reporting deadlines are met both internally and externally.
• To answer all the audit query raised and gives the commentary on each topic to the satisfaction of the audit team both internally and externally.
• Ensure strict controls are in place with reference to the payments by adhering to the procedure and policies laid by the management.
• To manage the year-end statutory financial reporting process, liaising with the company auditors ensuring Group deadlines are achieved. Specifically maintaining clear and detailed reconciliations between the MIS financials and signed financials.

Qualifications:
Education:
MBA specializing in Finance / M.Com / CA/ ICWA
No. of Years of Experience:
10 - 12 years in relevant field
Exposure to financial management of accounting and financials
