Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

The Future Player Academy (TFP) is a growing, player-first football academy in Dubai, built around development, enjoyment, and a strong family-feel culture. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced, passionate Head Coach to join our coaching team in a full-time or part-time capacity.

Role Overview

The Head Coach will play a key role in delivering high-quality football coaching to players aged 3-15 years, supporting player development across all age groups, and helping shape the future direction of the academy. This role is ideal for a coach who is creative, organised, and eager to bring fresh ideas to an ambitious and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions for players aged 3-15 Plan and implement structured training programmes aligned with the TFP development philosophy Lead and support match days, festivals, and tournaments Bring new ideas, session content, and initiatives to help improve coaching standards and player experience Support and mentor assistant coaches where required Communicate effectively with players, parents, and the wider TFP team Assist with administrative duties, including: Attendance and session planning Player reports and development feedback Communication support (WhatsApp / email updates where needed) Supporting academy organisation and logistics

Candidate Profile

Proven experience coaching children and youth players (3-15 years) Passion for player development over results Confident, energetic, and professional on and off the pitch Willing to contribute ideas and take ownership within the academy Strong organisation and communication skills Comfortable supporting light admin and operational tasks Ability to work evenings and weekends (training & match days)

Qualifications

FA Level 2/UEFA C Required First Aid & Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain) Experience coaching in academies, grassroots, or schools
