We are currently hiring passionate and skilled chefs to join our growing culinary team across multiple restaurants in the UAE.

1. Head Chef
Lead the entire culinary operation, including menu development, kitchen management, training, and food quality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee BOH operations, manage kitchen teams, control costs and inventory, maintain hygiene and safety, and ensure consistency across outlets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Chef/Executive Chef, strong leadership, creativity, and knowledge of cost control and operations.
2. Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in daily operations and lead the kitchen team during service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, maintain quality and presentation, manage prep and inventory, ensure safety standards, and assist in menu execution.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, strong communication and organization skills, hands-on leadership.
3. Chef de Partie / Demi Chef
Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of your section and consistent food quality.
Responsibilities:
Set up kitchen stations, prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and assist with menu development.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, good teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail.
4. Commis
Assist in producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining freshness and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, bake and decorate items, follow recipes, maintain hygiene standards, and support daily pastry production.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in pastry or bakery, strong work ethic, creativity, and attention to detail.
