Head Chef
to lead our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Develop and innovate menus that reflect both international trends and guest preferences.
Manage kitchen staff through training, scheduling, and performance supervision.
Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory to achieve financial targets.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with management to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Head Chef
or Executive Sous Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury dining environment.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
Expertise in menu engineering and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of international cuisines with a flair for modern presentation.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
