Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Culinary Arts degree or relevant professional training (preferred).
Food Safety / HACCP certification is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in professional kitchens.
At least 3 years of experience in a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role.
Experience in Vietnamese or Asian cuisine is mandatory.
Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of authentic Vietnamese cuisine (e.g. pho, bun, spring rolls, grilled dishes, sauces).
Ability to adapt flavors to suit international and Middle Eastern customers.
Menu planning, costing, portion control, and recipe standardization.
Inventory management and supplier coordination.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (required).
Legal & Visa Requirements
Willing to work in the UAE under employer-sponsored work visa.
Educational certificates and experience documents must be attested if required for visa processing.
