Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and quality control.
Develop a
menu experience
-- premium, seasonal dishes for adults and interactive, healthy meals for children
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in alignment with brand guidelines.
Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold excellence, consistency, and teamwork.
Collaborate closely with management on supplier selection, inventory management, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and HACCP standards.
Contribute to special menus and themed family events that align with the brand's culinary vision.
Qualifications
Minimum 6-8 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a
Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
role.
Experience in
modern European, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine
preferred.
Previous work in
family-focused, premium casual, or boutique hospitality
environments is a plus.
Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
Ability to balance innovation with operational efficiency.
Culinary degree or professional certification preferred.
