We are looking for and Butcher (Commi 1) for an Arabic Seafood and Sushi concept Premium Dining Restaurant.
- Experience managing fresh fish display and butchery section of whole and fresh fishes
- Experience as a Pre-opening team member
- Experience in a restaurant with 200 covers
- Willing to be assigned at Souk Al Bahar (Dubai Mall), Dubai UAE
- Butchery: 2 years (Required)
