Responsible for providing quality customer service and demonstrating knowledge of coffee products, equipment, and tea products. The Head Barista is a true professional that fulfills any additional duties assigned by the Coffee Shop Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
? Records production of operational data on specified forms
? Ensures a high standard of personal hygiene and adheres to the standards of dress code for the position
? Provides quick, friendly and personal service by initiating dialogue and developing a rapport with customers
? Responds appropriately to customer concerns and reports to the manager with the customer's feedback
? Processes transactions through the POS and counts back change to customers
? Maintains the highest level of standards for all food & beverage preparation
? Communicates with coworkers & management to solve problems and improve quality & service
? Assists in the opening and/or closing of the coffee shop
? Initiates suggestive selling and sampling of products
? Ensures safe and proper usage of equipment
? Contribute ideas as far as operational flow
? Maintains efficient, friendly service standards and demonstrates such standards when training other team members
? Performs other duties as directed

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
