Job Description

We are looking for a Head Barista with minimum of three years overall experience and at least one year as a Head Barista.

Head Barista will oversee and manage all aspects of coffee and barista staff. He/she will be involved in the development and evolution of the cafe in collaboration with the team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assume responsibility for all aspects of the coffee production. - Be capable of completing and overseeing all daily operations of the coffee at the outlet.- Management of baristas: customer service, preparation and presentation of beverages and information, operational procedures, merchandising. Additional responsibilities include: - Proactive training staff to maintain and uphold all company and cafe policies. - Actively work toward creating a superlative cafe experience through: customer service, beverage preparation and presentation, in-store marketing, and upkeep of the physical space - Ensure all projects and responsibilities are completed in a timely, efficient manner QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact courteously with guests and team members. - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beverage recipes, and quality standards.
