We are looking for an experienced HC Acquisition Manager to manage both Recruitment and Employer Branding agenda across the Group. S/he will oversee of a successful recruitment process, this will be achieved through the achievement of the recruiting plans utilizing diverse TA strategies, as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. Will ensure provides highest level of partnership with the business as well as best in class candidate experience throughout the entire process. Role and responsibilities:
Work with the HC management on developing HC Acquisition strategy
Manage the Manpower Planning exercises
Lead Employment Branding initiatives
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Create and manage the onboarding program for newcomers
Manager a team of talented HC Acquisition team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
At least 8 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition
Fluency in English is a must
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
