About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to join our Dubai team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain payment kiosks, computer hardware, monitors, and electronic devices in a warehouse/lab environment. This is a hands-on role combining technical repair, preventive maintenance, and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair kiosks, monitors/screens, motherboards, and circuit boards. Perform soldering, chip-level diagnostics, and component replacement. Conduct functional testing and preventive maintenance.

Display Panel & Backlight: Check LED strips or CCFL lamps for continuity, test inverter boards (for older LCDs) or LED driver circuits, and replace defective LED strips or backlight units.

Check power delivery, BIOS/CMOS settings, physical damage (capacitors, chips), connections, POST codes, overheating, and peripheral compatibility during troubleshooting and diagnostics. Assist with kiosk assembly, installation, and warehouse inventory management. Maintain accurate logs of repairs, parts usage, and inventory. Follow ESD, safety, and company procedures. Support on-site troubleshooting when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in hardware/electronics repair. Strong knowledge of PC components, motherboards, power supplies, and circuit boards. Skilled in diagnostic tools (multimeter, soldering station, oscilloscope). Technical diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse/lab environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates:

Hands-on experience in mobile repair, TV repair, motherboard repair, LED repair, and chip-level work. Experience with kiosks, ATMs, or POS devices. Knowledge of firmware/software updates for hardware devices.
